Quinn Special Needs Centre was founded by Ms Rachel in 2012 as a support centre offering interim programmes, intervention and care services for children with special needs. A second branch, Quinn Special Student Care Centre was formed in 2019 and Mr Mikhail was appointed to head the new branch.

Mr Mikhail

Mr Mikhail completed his formal education in Sports and Exercise Science in 2017 and joined the Quinn Team as a full-time program staff. He has thereafter demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and implemented many enrichment programs, including sports and swimming. His passion and dedication for students with special needs shines through in the progress achieved by many of his students - some having even won the 2018 National Championships in both sports and swimming. He is fondly addressed as 'Mr Muscle' by his students. Mr Mikhail lives by the motto that a healthy body is very necessary for a healthy mind - and never fails to instil that in his students.

Ms Chelsea

Ms Chelsea started her journey with Quinn as a volunteer in 2016. She realized her passion for working with students with special needs and joined the Quinn Team as a full-time program staff in 2018. Specializing in The Arts, she has implemented many enrichment activities such as dance, yoga and the creative arts. Ms Chelsea has shown unwavering passion and dedication towards her students and her work and it is evident in her interactive classroom set up and innovative teaching methods. She has grown with Quinn and blossomed into a responsible and well loved teacher and also takes pride in initiating and coordinating this collaboration with NAFA.
